Our Services
eight provides software consulting, engineering, and product development services. The website is an informational and contact resource. Any services we actually perform for clients are governed by a separate statement of work or services agreement executed between eight and that client.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of eight or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
Payment Terms
Payment terms for client engagements are defined in the applicable statement of work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to interest at 1.5% per month. eight reserves the right to pause or terminate work on overdue accounts.
Confidentiality
Information shared with us during the course of an engagement is treated as confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties except as required to perform the services or as required by law. Any mutual NDA executed with a client supersedes this general provision.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, eight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of this website shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
